All the numbers seem to make about perfect sense to me. I have not however measured an n1 head but it is shaved from the factory which is why the cc is smaller. The OPs head was shaved again. Makes sense

The stock SR16VE, SR20VE and SR20VE 20V should all have the same chamber volume ~41.8cc
N1 head is shaved 1mm from Nissan so it shoiuld be ~37.4cc
The piston crown volume changes between the SR16VE, SR16VE N1, SR20VE and SR20VE 20V.
Manufacturing tolerances differ engine to engine. So the numbers may not be exact but they should be close.
