You need to notch the bottom of the bolt holes on the header about an 1/8th in, and lift the header, then tighten it down. The ports should line up after that.

Make sure you are buying the one with 2.5" downpipe.

at this point any header will work, since the ga16de downpipe has a different bolt pattern
