No I measured the outside length and interior length of each runner and divided it by 2... The runners range frm 25.75" to 26.5" from flange to entrance of collector.
My skid plate is flat steel 1"wide by 6-8" long by 1/4" thick, molded to the curve of the header and welded to the pipe. It seemingly makes an oval of the pipe when I really hit something hard, but no crushing ;D

I would get a skid plate tho, if I didn't have mine on my header I would have cried after the 1st drive with it.
harbor freight aluminum racing jack FTW, i had mine for 2 years until someone stole it out of my back yard. Sucks. I loved that jack.
Anyways on subject. Nasty looking header for sure.
