Hello Andreas, we talk in msn very short and I dident saw u online again.
plz need your comments and ideas for inprove our engine.

Engine specs:
SR20ve

Compression : 11.4xxx
Computer : Haltech EX6
Pistons & rings : CP
Connecting Rods : Eagle
Cams : N1 0/0
Springs & Retainers: Brian Crower
Valves: standar
Intake : quat independent throttle body of 4AG 20valve Black Top (adapted)
Gasket: Cosmetic
Header : 4-1 ASP
Exaust : 2,1/2
Pulleys : custom alluminium
Flywheel : Fidanza 4.5kg

Dyno Sheet : WHP: 192.4 @ 7204RPM
Torque: 149.2 @ 6385 RPM

we at see level.
Tournament regulations: 2000cc, 11.5 compression, 8500RPM rev limit controler

Its a mustang dyno so all thier curves look very exponential and have good gradiations - thats just the nature of that type of dyno.

Those figures seem ok.

Okay with cam timing - you will pull more midrange out of it for some good mid corner horsepower.

Seems like for N1 cams your power is not holding where they normally do unless you guys were letting off early. From the graphs ive seen, n1's usually make peak power around 8100-8200. Im gonna go out on a limb here and say your 2 1/2" exhaust is choking you out some as well. 3" has been proven to make more power on every SR20ve even stock cam ones.

Might look into that and adjusting your cam gears some as well.

I hear that Mustang dyno reads lower than Dynojet, so I really cant compare as I am used to the Dynojet.

Think with all that work you should be over 200whp so I am sure there are ways you can get a some more HP.

Torque figure seems ok though.

I would have used the stock retainers, they are tougher than the BC and good for 10,000rpm.

not entirely true my friends. My VE'd NX read 223whp on a mustang dyno. It was a basically stock VE. Although it felt very strong, the numbers might have been un true LOL!

My n1's peak around 7000 rpm and my friends also... Both have gears set to +5/-5 though

The numbers arent bad and the graph is only that nice because the filter value is set at 85

All my graphs are set with a filter value of 7 and look pretty good
