Thread: Fuel Pressure/Fuel Pump Concerns

I have noticed that after a good run (especially during last track day) my fuel pressure started dipping to 30-32psi (hose on) from 38psi when engine is cold. Does that mean that my fuel pump is going or might that be fuel pressure regulator related?

Also, when I shut down my car, there is a buzzing noise (that lasts few seconds) coming from the fuel pump area - is that another indicator of failing fuel pump?

Otherwise, on track performance is good.
