Coolant nipples
Ok So I say I am looking at a ve from the back side, the 2 Coolant nipples on the left go to the heater core. Now there is a nipple right in back of the coolant temperture sensor housing. Where does that nipple go to?

The coolant lines for the heater core are on the the side above where the transmission would be and the other is near the coolant temp sensor. So you should have one long hose and one short hose. Sounds like you might have the fitting for the IACV confused with a coolant nipple. Hopefully that makes sense. Lol.
