Jamie:
I got the cams and header boxed up and will drop off in the am. I was talking with Charles this afternoon. With the budget header, he suggests first trying the 20v cams as a set with intake at +4 and exhaust at 0. Intake could go as much as +8 with the N1 pistons, but he doesn't suspect it will be necessary. You'd have to see what makes the fattest curve. He doesn't think there would be much gain on the exhaust side, but if you want to, you could try -2 after maximizing the intake side. I'll be looking forward to your results.

Ever get a chance to play with this? I know you have been busy with other projects lately.

Ok so I spent a day tuning and dialing in the 20v and n1 combo

Still wansnt very impressive, it promising midrange and very long legs in the top end

If the cam timing wasn't out on the gears or cams then more tuning work could of been done.

The cams were about 10hp off my favorite +3,-2 n1 setting All through the midrange and only got a extra 4hp after the run was extended 500rpm more

Basically for simplicity n1 cams, Nissan engineers must of spent some time on then back in the day!!!
