as some of you know ive switched my mind on n/a motors and turbo motors liek its my job.
ive finally completed my turbo nx for the most part. just for a quick history i had a ve head and a bunch of n/a parts for my old aztec red nx2k. that plan got foiled and decided to go turbo when i got a electric blue nx.
ive just recently aquired a great electric blue nx2k thats pretty much set up for the track/autocross. it has full bolt ons motor wise but id like a bit more umff.
im not cheap but want to keep it with in a feasiable budget as it will be my daily driver. i was planning on a 6 grand motor build but thats just a waste when its just going to be driving to work everyday and occasionaly tracked here and there. my pride and joy is my turbo nx.
so heres the plan.
16ve pistons
what headgasket to bring the compression to like 12:1 or 12:5:1
head work
n1 cams s&r
ssac 2.5 header till i man up and get a better header
home made intake with a pop charger
3 inch exhaust of coarse
what else should i be looking at ? i just a pretty high n/a whp n/a driver i can beat until the weekends where i can drive my turbo car .
