aftermarket cam's for VE?
i've been asking my self what brand's make aftermarket cam's for the VE engines
and the better one's that they offer.(althoug i dont have a ve motor but i'm planing on buying a b13 for a project, and throw back my DD b13 and let it relax abit.) i have been thinking on a sr16(cause they alredy came with ,trans,wires,ecu,and other stuff that y would need)but it's goin to be stroke to 2.0 cause already have the 2.0 crankshaft,rod,apex safc, everything for the manual convertion,and many other stuff i don't remember right know.

anyway my plan is to get a b13 close as possible to 11sec.allmotor. even if it take me 2 year or more to make it.

i will apretiate the help from u guy's

You forgot the money tree. You need to put some good fertilizer on it and water it daily.

Franklin S4s, Kelford 184Cs, OEM Nissan N1s. And your money tree, you'll need a lot of green for 11s NA. Check out Cory's build, he has a 2.3L @ 260whp NA and he runs a 12.3, fastest for a VE so far. You have a hell of a hill to climb. Not impossible, but your work is definitely cut out for you. Good luck & stay hungry.

yeah!!* i think's so to that there's a big hill...but also mount everest and killymanyaro have also been conquered. it's just about determination and patient's,about the huge sequoya money tree ,well that's why i said 2 years or more to make it.... the best god made was a day after another.

n1 cam's sorry dont wanna start a drama here but i have discarted them, they are a great bang for the buck and a hell of a upgrade, but don't like the fact i would be another one of the bunch,also the proyect without agresive cam's would be meaningless.i see it as the brain of the engine are the cams and the cr and cc of the engine as the hearth.

in my opinion;
-big bore sr20VE (12.5:1)
-aftermarket rods
-full balance job
-kelford 184-c
-custom intake manifold
-custom header
-full P&P and valve job
-etc...

others;
-SUPER MEGA LIGHTWEIGHT CHASIS
-no a/c
-no p/s
-electric water pump
-etc...

corys times are great, there is still alot of potential time wise in that car.

there is a 86x86 ve in ny running 12.5 and there is a 90x86 ve in ny running 11.4.
