Ok. Grab the compression tester. I wanna do that too.

Unfortunately i wasn't able to take any good pictures, cause my camera phone sucks in the dark. We are sure though that timing is right. At TDC, we counted 5 teeth on the intake side and 9 on the exhaust. there were 11 links between the 2 holes on each gear whatever they are called. Forgot to do compression. The chain was not as tight this time. There was some play. Oh and they advanced my timing as far as possible at the Dyno. We set it back to 15 degrees.
If the cam timing was off, wouldn't the car run really bad? My car runs good it seems.
Maybe something's wrong with the step-down harness or the ECU.
What is the ideal measurement of grams per second on the MAF?
I am gonna do a compression test soon.
I also notice that after i drive the car a little and turn it off then try to start it again shortly after, it dies unless i hold down the throttle a little. This happens after i get gas too.
If you guys still think the Cams are on wrong then i'll take a bunch of pics.

hmmm idk man, seems like we've went over everythimg.. if your afr's are right, mechanical timings right, theres not a whole lot left... i could ask if your cams are activating but they proly are.. so really i think we're clueless over here..

I am gonna do a compression and leak down test. I am also gonna install the afpr and the wideband. Bump up the fuel a little then put it back on the dyno. Maybe the lean condition is choking the engine especially under vvl, but it's not running really lean, so i don't know...

Does anyone know if the top part of b15 intake manifold similar to the VE? In other words, if i am think of using the b15 intake manifold. Will that work?

TB adapter...

At least 2 people got their IACV to work on the b15 without the TB adapter so it should be possible even though everyone else says it's impossible.

My compression when engine is cold is between 170 and 180 on all 4 cylinders. I can't really get accurate numbers cause i used a Harbor Freight compression tester. I think i am gonna do a compression test with a better quality tester just to be sure.

Naw your fine, if there is not a significant psi swing between different cylinders then your ok. So if it's not timing (as you have stated but not really shown us) and not compression it's gotta be your tune. Only other thing I could think of is bad trans and wheel bearing/alignment to steal away your HP on a dyno. Your torque drops like a timing issue and your lean so maybe it's all in the tune. Anybody else have any ideas

Hold up, so why did you just ask if the b15 upper itm would fit on the ve??? Why would you want to do that?
