I think there is a chance i might have damaged the axle seal bore. That is why the gear oil is leaking out. If that is the case what can i do about?

uhhh, thas not good

what ecu are you using again? your afr's are very lean from what it looks like an that prolly has ALOT to do with the low power.. your tq also drops off pretty dramaticly also..

dont worry too much man theres more power in there somewhere..

Ye, its set for a VE. I thought i edited that post. Anyway, i don't think air/fuel is the problem here.

lol you did but im very sneaky..

i think the air/fuel has ALOT to do with it, i mean maybe not 100% but i bet if u get the afr to around 13.0 or so you would gain alot of hp / tq

whats your cam switch set at? it looks like your torque goes MIA around 5500 rpms..

you shoulda pinched the FPR hose to boost the fuel pressure for one of the runs..

If the the air/fuel was at around 13 i would not gain like 50 horsepower. My switch points were set at 4200 and 4800. When we popped off the valve cover. The chain was really tight. It had no play. I took the chain tensioner out and it was cracked pretty bad. I put another one in a loosened the chain a bit. I am thinking something went wrong when a put in the sr16ve cams in. We checked the chain position on the camshafts at TDC and it seemed to be fine.

ok so sounds like to me your cams arent positioned right, prolly off a tooth or more.. mix that with the afr's an thats prolly your problem..
