The iat is kind of important.

"Air intake temperature is used to correct fuel quantity (pulse width) since air temperature effects air density. (colder air is much more dense) Approximately 70°F is generally used for 0 correction, temperatures above will result in less fuel to compensate for the lower air density, and conversely temperatures below 70° will result in steadily richer (by volume) mixtures. Bad readings will effect ECM attempts to keep the air to fuel ratio proportional. "

- So if my car doesn't recognize the air intake temperature it will run very rich all the time since it thinks its -40 C

Let me know if i am wrong.

My IAT is doing the same, but my b14 ECU is not reading my IAT at all through the b15>b14 adapter. Your IAT is still being read by the ECU even though it's hanging outside. I figured out the throttle cable thing haha.

I rewired the b15>b14 adapter and the IAT is now working. I confirmed today that the wiring for the MAF isn't right because my hand scanner said that the voltage was 0 using the adapter and it was .7 using the b15 ecu so it recognized it. Using the hand scanner i noticed my timing fluctuated from like 15 degrees to 63 degrees with the adapter. It stayed around 42 degrees with the b15 ECU. I didn't know you could advance timing that much, haha. Anyway, i am not getting anywhere here with the b15>b14 adapter so what do you guys think? Should i use the b14 wiring harness or should i wire the b14 plug into my b15 wiring harness???

Update
Yesterday, i hooked up the SAFCII and we got the car running. We took it for a spin and it drove well. The car still has bad idle and shuts off sometimes. To setup my SAFC i used these instructions:

Setting up your SAFC2 - B15U.com - Nissan Sentra Forum

I am still waiting for an adapter so i can hook up my IACV.

Thanks,
I am finally getting the adapter made to run the B15tb on the VE intake manifold. Hopefully i'll be done with swap in about two weeks.

Update
Finished most of the soldering and wiring today. Installed SSAC header and downpipe. The 2nd O2 sensor does not fit on downpipe because the hanger is in the way. The wiring cannot reach the opening on the cat. Is there an easier way than making extensions?
I put tarp around ECU and duct taped it. Is that a bad idea? The ECU is laying between the carpet and the soft part below the carpet.
If battery gets disconnected does the SACF need to be reprogrammed?
Here are some pics:
