7mm + bore.

There is a point at which the problems will start and the price would go up drastikcally.to have custom parts made.

92mm is it in my opinion, just so happens the Mazworx gasket also will seal a 92mm piston. Mazworx would not go past 92mm and it was hard just convincing him to go up to 92mm bore. Was about the same time I measure the gasket and posted up that it would seal a 92mm piston.

I am sure Mark will chime in sometime about the problem of going bigger. One of them has to do with the stabalization of the block as you are starting to get into the webbing of the block if I remember correctly.

one more thing to look out for.

These 93mm cast factory pistons will way a **** load at that size. If you were to try this you would want to go forged to keep the weight down. If you want a high reving motor and one that responds well that type of weight will kill your motor.

if you get a 93mm bore engine running and reliable, I will poop myself. Seriously. I thought 90mm was crazy!

So on a sr16ve motor with 93mm bore you are back up to a 2.0 or wat? I don't wanna do math.
