ha. good to know. all this time i thought std was like std as in standard as in like what was made right there and then not taking anything into accound. Thanx

STD: 60* F, 29.92 pressure, 0 humidity, 0 altitude

DIN: 68* F, 29.23 pressure, 0 humidity, 0 altitude

What this all means is you will get higher # using STD correction factors. We have been saying this for awhile but the Florida people don't think it applies to them.

This guy says it better: Official GTAMC Forums - SAE .vs. STD Dyno Numbers

Stock SR20VE
N1 cams
OBX Header
3" intake arm
K&N filter
2.36" cat-back exhaust

182.3WHP/134.6WTQ

4500FT Elevation

Makes me wonder how much elevation is factoring into numbers. I think I am quite a bit higher than most of the guys on here. Dyno was a DYNOmite system.

As long as the factorrs are the same for all the runs, than the point of this thread is valid.

If everyone posts up dynos with some in STD, some in DIN, some in SAE, than the thread is pointless.

well mine being at 151hp (20v/n1 cams)i may as well have left the de engine in... it was quicker but less torque...

How did u get these numbers? Do you have a graph we can look at??

Something is obviously wrong unless the engine is just taking a dump on you.

yeah here it is, i pologise for the dyno graph as it is difficult to read...the battery was almost dead.. well i have to keep charging it if that is going to make much of a difference.... leave it for 2 days and it will need to be jumped..

That would Uncorrected or Actual. If the dynojet operator set the dyno to Uncorrected or Actual, it will show what the car makes on that particular day barring any correction factors. So if you dyno in the winter in Long Beach, CA with the temperature being in the 50* F, you will look like a hero. And if you dyno in the summer in Denver, with the temperature in the 100* F, the car will look like a zero.

Hard for us to say it's good or bad without a reference. Have there been other VEs on that dyno and what do they make?

With the cam timing, did you mean to say +5 intake, -5 exhaust, instead of the other way around?
