your power is dropping up top pretty early.. check that timing and fuel I sure you can get a better graph.

I replaced the pump with another Walbro 255. I then took the car to Japtrix today to have it retuned. It was always a little on the lean side while running on track. Could have been because of the fuel pump.
Setup is a stock VE bottom end, VE head cleaned up in the bowl and a 5 angle valve job. Intake match ported with temp. insulators, a OEM 64mm throttle body and a DE MAF bored to 54mm. I wanted to keep the same bore ratio as stock. A Calum RT ecu using JWT race VE timing map. 3" exhaust. and a HOTSHOT GEN 6 header. " I man have to stress dat"
N1 cams set to +5 -5. Cams set to 5400 RPM. Set low for better lap times.
More tuning tomorrow to get somemore out of it and clean up the graph.
Here is a taste.

Right on looks good Robert. Good guys over at Japtrix . I've been looking into the Deatschwerks fuel pump myself seeing how Walbro's are so unreliable, not sure if you've heard of those, they were just recently released and have been a hit in the Subaru community.

what sofware is that on that graph? never seen so much difference on my dyno jet using latest version of winpep for 5 years now. both dynoshops near mine read very similar to mine. usually just 1-2whp difference. usually we get from 3-6 whp difference on std vs sae 9-10 whp is a real heart breaker lol

Congrats to the numbers. Is it the dyno where Rowdy made 190whp with his DE? What ECU managment are you running?

Thanks. I ran another 1.5hr. enduro at PBIR on Sat. on the last lap coming on to the back straight the car coughed and I could feel it holding back. I looked at the rich lean and it was lean in the red. I short shifted and I saw the checker waving and I was relieved.
The walbro pump I put in was used so I will look into the Deatschwerks pump.
