go to wally mart.. you can buy a 5 qt synthetic jug for 20 bucks. Many people on BITOG go with walmart synthetic supertech and seem to like it.

Rotella synth is only $20 a gallon. Cheapest oil around for what you get.

And the supertech stuff actually does do pretty good. But when compared to mobil anymore, everything looks good.

Valvoline 10w-30 synthetic is right around $20 for a 5 quart jug. I am starting to like it though I may just end up going with Castrol.

i got some rotella 5w40 synthetic for my ve yesterday,im thinking of using it for my dynotune next friday.what do you guys think

I was running the German castrol 0/30 but that is thin as hell. Losing more than I wanted between changes and the whole only avail at autozone nonsense. ( I work for advance) now I run castrol 5/40 I like this better.

I just put in the 0w30 castrol I'll let you know if I burn any oil, the German formula 0w40 Mobil didn't burn any oil at all. It's thin also but it is some good stuff! Oil pressures are the same between the 2, motor does sound a tad quietier but that could just be me.
