cam break in
i just recently got a set of used sr16 cams installed,will they need to be broken in just like a new set of cams or are they ready to go....

I believe if they are used, just drop in and go. New cams require a break in. I could be wrong though about the used cams.

how would you go about breaking in a vvl cam tho? would you first brake in the low lobe, then activate the high lobes at like 1500 then brake them in just like the low lobes?

Yeah drive on the high lobe for 1500 miles.

Don't worry about it just drive em they will be perfect! If you can use assembly lube on them when you install them though.

Thats an interesting question there, I'd like to hear from those guys who have bought brand new N1 cams...

play with vvl till you like the setting YOU like.
