** problem CORRECTED!**
ive solved the issue
problem was solved hose behind the block had a microscopic hole.. since that hose is on the housing where the temp sensor goes on it was giving off a bad reading due to air bubbles surging back up to it. after my harry kerry this sunday with that hose i noticed it finally working again. i can honestly say i shed a tear when i saw that sh1t working on my way to work today... i thought it was the cluster,wiring,temp sensor,4 thermostats and it was a very small needle sized hole on the hose that connects to the housing of the temp sensor.
hope this helps anyone in the future just in case im not around.
