yeah the 4:1 collector and transistion look nice imo.

i have done the conversion from a tri-y to sr20 and what i have noticed is the space between ports they are more separated on sr20 motors so modifying it will require to separate them, and i think its harder to do that with this kind of design... but looks awesome and should make so power tho...

Yea, I was thinking about the easiest way to go about that. Maybe cutting the original flange off, placing a torch on each runner where they start to curve to get it red hot, sticking a cheater bar/prybar in the inlet of each runner and bending them slightly. Wonder if that would work

b18 4-1 with and sr20 gasket for size comparison i took




ports are almst same size ,just spaced farther...

Thats what I did with my erick racing header only move two tubes with heat

That's quite a difference, I was hoping they would be a little closer than that.

Ok, good to know that it works. You only had to bend two runners, the other two runners lined up fine already? I originally was searching for your erick racing header, but I guess they stopped making them a long time ago because I havent found anything. All the info on them is from years ago.

Checked it today. 20mpgs and that's a mix of highway pulls, highway driving and city. I'm happy with it.
