i dont mind if she idles at 2500 on cold days lol, prolly help her warm up sooner.. an if i do ditch the coolant lines it will help keep the tb temps down.. (or it should eh)

the neighbores might not like it tho, but they can suck a fat one! heh

Yeah warm up comes quick. While shes outside idling, I can hear the drop from 2500 to 800rpm's. Can't describe how weird it sounds but its like the car is callin me saying its ready to rock haha.

ok so i just went an did this and well it isnt as easy as it seems.. i dont know if its different for the low port but there was some stuff i had to do with the high port one..

no big deal really you just take apart the thing the cable goes into an attatch it directly to the TB like the VE one is.. simple.. however that doesnt make it so you can use cruise control... i have an idea on how to do that but it will take parts from 2 highport de TBs to do..

Just find a Lowport DE TB w/cruise and be done with it. Direct fit, no muss and the throttle plate screws stay put.

Back from the dead...the big pipes under the throttle body, what hooks to them?? The ones that hook to the cold idle thing I assume..

Yea, the large pipes are for coolant flow for the cold idle adjustment. You can leave them open.
