I would build a skidplate around it. That's what I had done to my aebs header.

Ws referring to the choke size.

The fact that the primaries aren't exactly equal was the shop's fault. Not by design. Hence the reason for wanting to convert it to tri y

I didn't know so much mattered with headers as in length and all. I have a good friend out here that has mad fab skills. So whats the best in all? 4-2-1?

Hi happyharrysco1
nice looking job. Just one question why did you shorten the secondaries and take out the little merge collector?

It looks nice but remerber to port the flange they are always smaller then the head and that one looks like a Sr20de flange those ones are smaller good luck

thanks guys but the credit goes to dale who modified it for me. the flange is for a de/ve as the mounting holes have been slotted to allow fitting to both, and yes i will be port matching it to the head, and of course i will post photo's once i fit it

afaik the secondaries haven't been shortened and the merge is still there, all thats been done to my knowledge apart from the replacement flange and adjusting it to fit the de/ve is to put the flange right after the merge, as there needs to be a connecting piece made with a flexi to connect to the cat
