I'm really diggin this setup. Money spent right. Very interested to see how the dyno goes as well. For a 1.8 with that kind of setup I imagine 200whp coming pretty easily. This head is stock? Port work?

What are your goals for this beast?

Off topic, but I think that build would suit a classic perfectly for a track beast. Gut the hell out of it and rev to the moon with SR16 transmission.

BTW what trans you running?

I love the VC I am prob going to get one for my car this year too once I start focusing on the cosmetics.

Hope derm doesn't mind me chirping in here. The car ran a 14.2 at the local drag strip.

That was on pump gas 95 Ron and intermediates. Bear in mind we are at 1600ft altitude so coastal figures would be close to 0.5sec quicker give or take.

Valve guide later disintegrated and motor is currently getting "refreshed". Stay tuned. :-)
