Thread: SR20 ve Hunting / Hesitation

This challenge recently started happening.

Its a SR20ve N.A.

1. Car "hunts" once engine is at operating temperature and on idle.
2. Car "hesitates and breaks up" (almost like boost) between 2700rpm-3200rpm or there in between.

Ive thrown the diagnostics on the car and No Codes.

Timing ? Fuel Delivery ? Fuel Pump On Its Dying Stage? Aeromotive Fuel Regulator - Walbro high pressure pump. Only change i made was remove one of the stock fuel pressure regulators and run it direct from the Aeromotive (how it's supposed to be but wasnt)

Everything is fine - im thinking it could be a tiny problem...any similar experiences / guidence ?

I think you got the wrong fuel pump. I believe you should have gotten the 255 lp not the 255 gp

how are your spark pllug gaps

Check for vaccuum leaks? What ecu are you using?
