make sure you didn't swap the coil plug with one of the emission ones. one of them has the same type of plug.

I agree with Ben..... It don't take but a minute to ck for voltage to the starter.... Good place to start... Loud clicking bothers me though, Thats coming from a relay somewhere. Really need a second person under the hood to pin down where its coming from.. Mike

Ok guys thanks for all the help. I got it figured out and the car runs and drives! It was something very stupid and due to not paying attention.

Post what you found. Somtimes the simple things are what people overlook most.

Ok guys here it is. When I pulled the old de out I pulled the ground wire to the batter with it leaving only the positive terminal and the two fat white cables hooked up to the red terminal that hooks up to the positive. Now here is the thing. The positive looked like the negative and the two cables hooked up to the red link appeared to be the positive. Now when hooking the TWO positive cables to the battery I had all power going to the starter and headlights. Luckily the only thing toasted was the fuel pump wire. This could of been a disaster but it got fixed and was partially not my fault. Everything in the car works now and it runs great. Prevent problems like this and look over everything atleaset twice.

Glad you got it figured out. Could have been worse. I have done many swaps and I still to this day label almost everything.
