Thread: GTi-R flywheel on a SR20VE...

Alright, now I know that the GTi-R flywheel is different from a DE/W10,11/U12,U13/VE,etc. Now I have a Spec unit that was drilled out to fit the larger GTi-R flywheel screws. Is there a way to used this flywheel on a VE motor? I figure I have it sitting so I might as well use it if possible. Maybe some kind of washer I can used to fit the slack where the screw goes in? I searched but no results. Any input appreciated.

Lol I tried to sell it but nobody wants to buy it. I think 130$ for a mint flywheel is a good price. I loved my GTi-R but apparently there aren't that many guys out there with one.

Hmmm, whats going on up in CT tomorrow? I got a run locked up with a built ls/vtec bubble tomorrow. Running it back since I missed second and lost cash! Depending on the weather I just might roll up but gotta see whats good first.

Order the rigth sized bushing from mcmaster carr. Just mic the de fw bolts and the fw holes. Get a tight clearance so they dont slide around.
