If you use n1's with turbo application you will have to dial out the higher level of overlap the n1's have. I don't know of one person who has chosen n1's over standard cams for turbo. I could be wrong though.
I personally really didn't notice much difference at all with my n1's. I was disappointed considering I spent over $550 at the time.
Then again, i'm on a Calum baseline that I tuned the afr's a little on but no timing changes....

I did notice a good difference with the header though, that I could feel somewhat.
