yeah without the passengere we ran again and this time he was on 9psi and it was the same result but i kept him from pulling away in 4th as much. Its still a very close run though back then. It was fun while it lasted. lol.

And that being said, since I see you've had the best of both, would u reccomend keeping the stock ve cams and going vet w T-28 or just getting the N1's?

for a t28 your better at keeping the stock cams, Bigger turbo i would say you could benifit from the n1's

If you use n1's with turbo application you will have to dial out the higher level of overlap the n1's have. I don't know of one person who has chosen n1's over standard cams for turbo. I could be wrong though.

I personally really didn't notice much difference at all with my n1's. I was disappointed considering I spent over $550 at the time.

Then again, i'm on a Calum baseline that I tuned the afr's a little on but no timing changes.... (im poor)

I did notice a good difference with the header though, that I could feel somewhat.

Well in my case i make 198whp/146tq tuned on n1's and a 4-1 header. My nephew makes 194whp/154tq tuned on stock 2.0 cams and ssac 2.5 header but we are neck and neck. He's about 120-130lbs lighter than my car but i run sr16 tranny he's running stock de tranny. Both cars has also ran 13.6@99-100mph.

That's what I'm afraid of. The way I look at it is if I spend $500 plus, I better feel a night and day difference.

i think with the cams and some tuning you should feel a nice difference.. then maybe down the road upgrade to a better header an 3" exhaust.. you will be right up there with the rest of the 200+whp guys

Oh Mr. Sleeper I forgot to mention I did make it to a dyno shop and I put down 173whp with the n1's and ssac header......

I would be prepared to tune would be my advise, I have no idea why I put such a low number down however I won't know the true reason until I tune this damn thing....!

But seriously allot of people put in n1's with nothing but smiles!
