VVL cuts out(fixed, but new question...)
EDIT: Problem solved. It was my RPM signal. My write up is updated with the correct wire to splice into for the RPM signal. Thanks to everyone who helped.
I know I saw a thread on this recently, but I can't seem to find it...
I just wired up my E60 MAF and was finally able to REALLY drive my car. I took it around the block and did a 2nd gear pull. As the cams engaged it started to pull pretty hard, but the were cutting in and out.
This is how I wired up my MSD switch: http://www.sr20-forum.com/howtos/24037-how-wire-up-your-msd-rpm-activated-switch-your-vvl.html
I would just look at the other thread about this problem, but I cannot find it.
What would cause this problem?
TIA
Lance
