Thread: My new ve 4-1 header

Which 1 is that? Is that a pro-tech header? That header would never survive in NYC.

If i'm not mistaken, that's the 1st gen 4-1. Same with us here in LA, all the damn potholes and speed bumps would make it impossible to drive.

all we gotta do is put our cars on 20's and we will be straight!

Here's some pics of my ground clearance on the header. I've been daily driving my car but i have just been avoiding alot of parking lots and stuff. I did dented the header.

Also my collector touch the upper pan.

What suspension are you running?

Crappy K-sport coilovers.

It's the nature of the beast. SR20's don't have the kinda clearance honda's do. Any 4-1 is going to hang low no way around it. A skid bar of some type needs to be added to the stock crossmemeber so when the car bottoms out that takes the brunt of the force vs the header.

thats low ! that wouldnt last in a parking lot. my ic pipes are low like that, not as low but still low.
