Dude if you are trying to convey your opinion on how you are being treated, at least go the extra mile and spell your words out fully. I felt like I was just trying to understand a completely sh*t hammered person trying to talk to me and failing horribly.

If you have a stock 2.0VE, get the budget header.

If you have a built 2.0VE, the budget header might still be a better choice.

If you have the money to build a 2.2L or better, get the 4-1 "big boy header" or go home.

4-1 unless your sticking to stock cams will make the best power. idk what your budget is and how much you think 8whp is worth, but to me his 4-1 is second to none.

Best reply yet .....Bimbo, there are a couple of dyno sheets out there.... but overall it would be hard to tell you exactly how much each header makes because everyones build specs are different. The best advice I can give you is to check out (Bills) thread......wait a minute......BAM>>>>http://www.sr20-forum.com/vvl/20083-headers-dyno-comparison-thread.html That should have most of the info your looking for. You don't have to spend that much either if your on a budget, the ssautochrome look alike is a decent option for 5 times less the prices as well.

^So your head work/bottom end is currently stock?
^You ran a 12.8? Time slip?
