How does cutting off the ears effect the reliability of the distributor?
I have a B13 distibutor on my 20V for 5 years now with no leaks or any problems. I have done many this way for B13s and B14s with no issues.
Putting on a B15 distributor allows a person to readily have parts for their distributor, if the distributor goes bad they can just put on another one.
I personally would prefer messing with the distributor than the harness.
