Thread: What Now????

so im driving, stop @ a stop sign, try to drive off car bogs and dies, wont turn on, its getting spark, and fuel.... when i crank it , it turns over again and again, but then sounds like the crank stops moving then goes again, but stops agai, it doesnt sound right and coughs out the intake...this car has only been on the road a week...

help anyone???

yea he's away, but thanx for stating the obvious..

losened rotor on the distributor maybe???

idk, just pulled plugs and looked into cylinders, looks like oil on top of pistons... and plugs look greasy but smell like straight gas.

maf disconnected or wiring bad.?

that's what it was b4. now its something totally different...

it would start and run with a little throttle if the maf was bad, even disconnected.

exactly..... that was a problem i was having b4.... now it seems everything was in order car ran real strong for the week it ran......
