header and exhaust

what setup is best to run a 3inch setup on my car. i am hoping for a nice sounding exhaust and good power from my header for a ve engine with mods

Yes 3in is a good setup to run on a ve.

What type of header? You don't know how to type heaDER? You want us to type a response?

You want to make a header? You want head?

You want a 4-1 header, no exhaust, and require a muffler?

i was simply asking for recommendations rather than wise AZZ comments

as for caps lock i made mistakes and thanks for pointing them out but again when trying to respond to a post ensure you stick the questions being asked or even give comments that are related to the issues at hand
