Exactly as mentioned above. Most with Calum basic ECU's run an SAFC to fine-tune on top.
Now, if you know of someone with a Realtime in the area, all you'd need would be someone that can burn chips. You use the realtime to tune, then save the bin file and have them burn it to your chips.
