run 3: 150.1hp @ 6900 129.6tq @ 4800

i dont think they ever revved it higher then 7400, which is about right, but i've been known to play with fire..

wish i could of played with the cam switch points, right now they're switchin at 4600 i'd like to have tryed 4800 an maybe 5000
oh an i think my timings at like 16-17 degrees

oh an the smoke was from an exploded power steering hose i had Just replaced like 3 days ago

put timing down to 15 degrees an vvl to turn on 4800 or anywhere past that

good luck and happy tuning

the one i went on is over in portland, theres a shop down the road from my house in vancouver that has a dynojet which would be much more convenient

Don't worry, you don't have the weakest VE, Mustang Dyno= low #'s.

Listen to Teal97.

Did they even have a fan, I didn't see one. And like everyone else is saying, expect to see lower numbers on a mustang dyno.

Just so you all know:

Mustang dyno's are NOT just 15%. They are simulated inertia dynomometers, so they load down your car based on what it would see on the street.

You're actually looking at 188hp to the crank, with the 150whp run. That's the equivelant of a bone stock SR20VE. Surely some tuning to make use of those mods will help

ya.. heres a question, what do most people do when they have calum basics? everywhere i ask people have no clue what to do, i tell them about the moates chips an stuff an they know what they are but they say they cant tune em because of some reason or another.. i even tryed tellin a guy about calum real times an he didnt wanna have anything to do with it.. im like WTF? all he wanted to do was throw in a aems or a safc.. so looks like i might just learn how to tune for myself.. an get a moates chip burner.. im going to be gettin a wideband 02 sensor when income tax time comes thats for sure

but arn'et guys having good sucess with safc with the calum for fine tuning? that's what i think i may want to do when the time comes.
