Thread: What I have so far

Well we've installed:

vvl
tranny
b15 miko modded dizzy
wiring harness
B14 obd2 Ecu (stock de)

Was wondering since I don't have a Calum R/T or JWT ECU will it be safe to drive the car for a couple days until I receive those parts? I know the cams wont active but I just need the car to run for a little to take me to school and back until I can get the ECU.

don't u have to bump up the timing alot to run on stock ecu?

Yes. I will be. Thankfully I have the b15 dizzy to help a litte.

ya man it'll be all good, you can even hook the cams up with a aftermarket switch for cheap, throw some timing at it and away ya go.. just dont hot rod it an keep an eye on your oil to make sure it doesnt get a bunch of gas in it..

Mine runs great on a DE ecu. Same setup as you, it's safe.

safe for a while.. but it wont be as strong as it would with a calum or soemthing
