I Took signal off coil negative... compared to my AFC the rpms are exactly the same..

funny thing is my afc is correct my tach on the cluster is off

Good point. You take it off the coil not the distro. That's exactly where I took mine and it never missed the switch. You can also set it so it stays on the hot cam a bit lower like 4500. I find on the street I like it better that way.
