No.. sr16ve ecu's read " 4J" and 4H" also the sr16ve rev limit is 8300rpm not 8k.

I'm sorry but I didn't answer to you Pr N1of2. You just happened to be in the middle.
I answered on the thread's creator.

If you have 8k limiter then it's a sr16ve ecu, since you don't have 8 injectors drivers it couldn't be a N1 ecu that has same limiter.

dropkit are you a tuner? Have you ever seen a ve ecu map even in image format? If not then please don't make statements like this one.
Cluster tachometer reading has nothing to do with the actual limiter.
Hook up a consult on a sr16ve ecu and see for yourself where the actual limiter is.

Sorry I am not a tuner, I am just a simple car enthusiast that is fooled by his tachometer. Please disregard my previous post as it seems to contain some information that has been deemed incorrect.

I will now dismiss myself from this thread sorry for wasting space.

Sorry for sounding stern. I just hate seeing false statements.
I'm a guest here also, I don't own the place.
Free speech above all!
