02 Sensor - Bad Fuel Mileage

Good Day,

My 02 Sensor is not hooked up. Would this be a causitive factor for poor gas consumption ?. Im barely getting 300km to a 40 litre tank. SR20vvl is the application.

Feedback appreciated.

what type of ecu r u using..... if stock then yes
