price is right
to me, it looks like an extra thick flange was used. good idea opting to weld the down pipe on, rather than bolt together, as long as their jig is perfect. better for road/chassis clearances.
however, with no dyno charts showing massive gains throughout the power band over the cheap-ass Chinese Ripoff (without tuning), it won't sell

I have ASP, dont get me wrong. But you just asked about header for stock VE.. and SSAC is good for money, but ASP is better, but more expensive. Its up to you.
