Thread: VVL Intake Spacer

Would anyone be interested in something like this for the VVL intake. It's a spacer that goes between the upper and lower manifold to allow the use off top feed injectors. I was at Mazworx today and saw this one for the S14 and S15 and thought it might be nice if I could get one made for my VVL project. It is 1/2 inch thick and has o-rings on each side. I am trying to see if they can make one for me and I thought other people might be interested. The price for the S15 one is like $35 which I think is a great price. If interested let me know maybe we can get them to make some more.

I like the idea. Do we know if it will work with a VE intake manifold though?

I'm going to get one made for my setup and see if it works.

it will not work on any VE engine

we have used them on S14 and S15 SR20DET engines

they will no way near fit on any ve intake manifold

here are pictures of one we fitted to a s14 engine

we sell our adapter plate as a full kit with all billet mounting brackets and a billet adapter for the idle control hose

I never said that the S14-S15 spacer will work on a VVL. I said get one made for the VVL intake manifold.

well if u want some thing like this for a P11 cylinder head we could machine one up for u
shouldnt cost much the only problem is im going to need a P11 inlet manifold for programing the CNC machine

KEVWAL IF YOU TALKING ABOUT PUTTIN A THICKER GASKET IN BETWEEN THE RUNNERS LIKE NOT OFF THE HEAD... THEN YEA IM DOWN.. in theory it should work.

That's exactly what i'm talking about. I'll see what can be done, just waiting on a reply.
