SR16/20VE vvl oil pump serviceable
I noticed lots of confusion with the installation of the pump so I decided to open a new thread and give some info.
Oil pump part numbers
SR20/16VE N1 included: 13500-1N501
JB15/JN15 SR16VE latest cars: 13500-6M00A
13500-2J200 P11,U14,N30,N15 SR18/20DE
13500-53J00 P10,U12,U13,B13,B14,N14 SR18/20DE
13500-54C00 N14 SR20DET only
13500-69F00 S14,S15 SR20DET
13500-AW000 P12,T30 SR20VE/VET
The first two pumps are the "good" ones. However I have no experience the JB15 one. The following part numbers and illustration match for both.
As you can see it's a full serviceable item.
15132T=15132-1N500
15020N=15020-1N501
15056=15056-54C00
13042=13510-2J200
13035H=15066-4J600
The pump itself partcode 13035, partnumber: 13500-1N501
The pump was in air seal with oil lube inside.
Now for the people that want to use this pump, you have to replace the oil pump drive-spacer with the VE item shown.
15043E=15041-54C00 (the same is used as stock on N14 Gti-R)
GTi-R pump is also serviceable but the part numbers used are different.
The 20V/VET pumps use no spacer. They also have a different crank gear.
