I run an aftermarket Daughter Board with FULL editing capabilities, in conjunction with a Wideband, LM2, unit, as well as software editing suite and a chip burner.
I agree a 'tune' isn't a wind up of the adjustable fuel pressure reg and advancing the dizzy.

I wouldnt spray the VE motor unless I had a built bottom end.

^On the old forum it is dyno proven that the N1 intake manny vs the stock VE intake manny would not give any gains. I would think you would have to have a 2.2 or 2.3 built to the hill motor to even see gains, and even then I would be curious to see back to back dyno runs.

money would better be spent building your own. All these people blocking up those extra holes damn it, i wanted to buy the n1 runner for the extra holes, i want to run 8 injectors damn it

thats where everyone is these days....bunch of pussy's....

i just couldn't justify the price of a n1, tb, plenum and all when all i wanted was the runners, be easier to just tap the 20ve runners.

Those extra holes on the n1 intake manifold might make good spots for nitrous nozzles??? Would have to see them first....

dont get the n1 intake mani.

it does not make power !

you wanna waste your money do it. other wise spend the money else wheres inside or outside the motor.

but one thing i always read here and the other forum is that ppl just slap these parts on and go to the dyno, and i have yet to read of anyone tuning (not even an safc) i may be wrong, i've been coming and going just checking info. but since it's allowing more air in, playing with the afc could see some gains. but that's just me putting a basic all motor input on it. my .02

i mean, if you can't gain power then it's not that much bigger than the stock one?
