on the old forum look up bluebombers thread about copying Mike K's header. Its not a good idea.

Just finished wrapping and putting on mine. Its a 4-2-1 though. Its composed of the Mazworx VE flange, 2" piping and I believe the first merge was 18" and second merge is 30" from the head. Im also in the same boat as you, similar mods, made 193whp. Now with the new header Im off to rent the dyno nor this week or next. Aiming for 205ish

lol yall never seen them 3 feet exhaust?

but nah seein the minimal gains in comparison to these bored out ssac in regards to the 900-1k dollar headers...dont seem worth it...

Wont wrapping the header make it rust/rotten fast?

How low below cross member does that header fit and who made it? Pic when you install please?

What is the size of the runners (diameter) and of the downpipe?
