4-1 Header for SR20ve - 200-220hp - Specs
Looking to do 4-1 header for a SR20ve to achieve in excess of 200whp.

What specs should this header be? runner length, runner diameter, etc.

Mods so far:
Lightened flywheel
3" exhaust
N1 cams
Lightened pulleys
Performance clutch
Calum basic

Mods to come
Programmable ecu or Calum basic with different chip
High CR pistons

Thanks

BGREEN has seen 3 foot exhausts? I bet that hits the crossmember, LOL. I also have seen ssac 2.5" headers do 200 whp, but that is about the limit give or take 5 whp.

You're not likely to find that information. It would be nice, but those with the info are probably going to hold onto it as it puts bread on their table. The rest of us would just be shooting from the hip I'd guess. I can do it with the best of them, but I'm not sure that's what you want.

On the old forum snickers or mike k (can't remember which) posted the specs of one their 4 - 1 built by snickers. It was the thread where the tested about 3 or 4 different header configurations.
it was:
1.75" for 12.75"
1.875" for 12.75"
4 to 1 merge collector with a 2.25" choke point (they used a burns collector)
6" long megaphone going from 2.25" to 3"
3" to 2.75" reverse cone that is 1.5" long.
Note: make sure you use a merge collector otherwise you might as well not even bother

That should be up to your goals. That was built for a motor with a similar spec to yours.
Or just get Snickers to make you one and know it will kick @ss.

Haha definitely would be a expensive header though
If he didn't want the numbers shared about he probably shouldn't have posted them into a thread on header testing on a public forum!
All I did was copy them from the other forum. Its all public info dude.
