The translation is correct. The valve/lash clearance grows with an increase in temperature. You can find this out by measuring between hot and cold conditions.

Basically, you will have a shorter duration cam with a little bit less lift when the engine is hot.

for some reason the first post has been deleted. i have some relevant pages, maybe someone else can add to this? there is a page with torque values for everything which is sorely missing.which is this one in japanese.
