The hsld has no gear pin through the diff so you can see right through it with the inner cv joints out.
Nissan sell the hlsd by itself for a reasonable amount tho compared to a nismo unit for the 32 boxes.

Last time I checked that opportunity still existed here in America. Its called Free Enterprise. If he wants to do that and someone is willing to pay him a fair price for it, he is allowed to. If you wanted to, you could do the same thing. Its not like Dre has the monopoly on importing motors.
