Well it is hard to understand what is going on with you due to your poor English, grammar and lack of details. If you would have said earlier, "I have lots of money to spend to make 245+ whp, how do I do this?" this misunderstanding would not have happened.

Based on the information you provided, everything I mentioned makes perfect sense.

If I had to try to do it with $4k and I wasn't allowed to fabricate/modify/assemble anything "difficult" myself I'd give up. Can't be done.
