kelford cams the ones in clints
sr16ve uncut pistons
good header and good intake manifold
stand alone and a fair bit of tunning and it might get you there

i will be doing a similar build but with 16ve non n1's to start with then might upgrade to the kelfords later, but my results will be in a rwd, so hard to convert to fwd figures but i aint aiming for 245whp, more like 200+rwhp sae corrected.

i dont think u need that high a cr piston ppl.....tho im no tunner....

20v
N1 cams/ kelfords
N1 intake system complete
3" pipe to throttle body
3" exhaust
4-1 Header by snicker
12.5-13:1 c.r.
lighten crank
lighten pullies
lighten flywheel
bearing....coated to spec
ported head + works
springs and retainers
thermoblocks spacers
n60 maf
oil cooler
a/c removal belt
calum realtime....

you need an ecu that will program to 10k
you need a custom intake manifold because the 20v motor won't fit an N1 intake manifold

So trust me, ive tuned my care via AEM and ive seen the flow restrictions with the N1 intake manifold.

you need high compression
standalone
and custom intake mani

agreed

as far as ease goes, genuine n1 head, s16ve pistons, some damn good race gas, dont know if the valves will hit or not, i am guessing they might

still waiting on dre to kick in anytime now

i don't think dre will kick in.

I don't think 245+whp is possible on a 2.0 without stroking and boring, boosting, or spraying.

Sure it is, it's just not going to be cheap. You will need some serious headwork, custom cams for sure. Much higher compression. You will need to rev rediculously high with a cam that won't let power fall off, and you will be fighting piston speeds the whole way.

There are a few people on here that have suprised us before with very amazing results on budget builds. If an F22 SOHC motor can make over 300hp, then we can get this 2.0 to make 245.

i think is is possible but not on pump
