Im still learning about the VE so I dont want to say incorrect information about possible mods you will need. But for comparisons sake, N1 cams with a decent header and a decent tune make anywhere from 200-215whp.

on 2.0 you would have to do a good amount of head work with custom ground cams. match that up with a Custom intake manifold 80mm+ tb and a custom 4-1 header. the internals being lightened and balanced + spining it to 9-10k rpms and i think you can hit 245+ whp np.

That's just about right with n1's you need high (14:1-15:1)compression pistons .If aftermarket cams work better than n1's well ,then it can work with 12:5:1
